You'll support business-specific execution of culture, engagement, and people practices for a global technology company that leads the software supply chain management category. As a trusted advisor, you'll manage employee relations cases and coach managers, bridging strategic HR initiatives with hands-on execution.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end employee relations cases including performance issues, conflicts, investigations, and terminations
  • Provide real-time guidance and coaching to managers on performance management and employee issues
  • Translate company-wide engagement and culture initiatives into business-level execution
  • Support execution of core HR programs such as performance management cycles and compensation processes
  • Maintain awareness of attrition trends, team dynamics, and workforce insights to inform leadership

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR or Employee Relations experience
  • Strong experience managing U.S.-based employee relations cases including investigations and terminations
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and compliance practices
  • Proven ability to coach managers through sensitive employee situations with sound judgment

  • Experience in a distributed, multi-site, or global organization
  • Experience working in a technology company or supporting technology client groups
