๐ผ About This Role
You'll support business-specific execution of culture, engagement, and people practices for a global technology company that leads the software supply chain management category. As a trusted advisor, you'll manage employee relations cases and coach managers, bridging strategic HR initiatives with hands-on execution.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end employee relations cases including performance issues, conflicts, investigations, and terminations
- Provide real-time guidance and coaching to managers on performance management and employee issues
- Translate company-wide engagement and culture initiatives into business-level execution
- Support execution of core HR programs such as performance management cycles and compensation processes
- Maintain awareness of attrition trends, team dynamics, and workforce insights to inform leadership
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR or Employee Relations experience
- Strong experience managing U.S.-based employee relations cases including investigations and terminations
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and compliance practices
- Proven ability to coach managers through sensitive employee situations with sound judgment

- Experience working in a technology company or supporting technology client groups
