Description

As a Sr. Finance Business Partner at Axogen, you'll partner closely with FP&A, BI, and sales leadership to deliver strategic financial insight, performance analytics, and actionable recommendations that inform brand strategy, campaign effectiveness, and commercial planning. You'll translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders and drive process improvements across financial workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in FP&A, business analytics, or commercial finance supporting Commercial/Sales/Marketing
• Strong experience in sales performance analytics, quota attainment, and incentive compensation analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Power BI strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership, FP&A, and BI to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
• Deliver actionable insights via financial modeling, valuation analysis, ROI assessment, and dashboards
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews and variance analyses with strategic recommendations
• Prepare and maintain executive-level KPIs and performance metrics
• Serve as primary finance partner to Sales Leadership, providing territory- and rep-level insights on quota attainment and growth
