💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to step into leadership in a fun retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience encouraging customer return
• Step in and lead the sales floor when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
