💼 About This Role

You'll provide outpatient physical therapy to seniors in 1-2 assisted living communities, minimizing commute. You'll create individualized care plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help clients remain independent at home. This role offers full-time stability with minimal travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make outpatient visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements for mobility and balance.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

📋 Requirements

• Current Maryland Physical Therapist license
• Minimum one year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
• Graduation from an APTA or CAAHEP accredited program
