Requirements

• 7+ years of HRBP experience
• 3+ years supporting Engineering or Product organizations
• Proven track record as a strategic advisor to executive leadership
• Ability to interpret complex people metrics and dashboards
• Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with technical stakeholders
• Ability to analyze root causes and evaluate risks/benefits
