Description

You will architect and implement advanced personalization and experimentation solutions using Contentful Personalization, working directly with customer engineering, product, and marketing teams. You'll own end-to-end program design, drive hands-on delivery, and enable customers to reduce implementation risk and accelerate time to value.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation
• Hands-on experience implementing personalization in production at scale
• Proficiency with modern rendering strategies (SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR, edge/CDN)
• Experience with CDPs like Segment, Tealium, or mParticle
• Ability to design for performance, scalability, security, and privacy compliance

Responsibilities

• Design audience and segmentation strategies using behavioral, contextual, and first-party data
• Define measurement approaches connecting user behavior to business outcomes
• Architect and implement end-to-end personalization solutions with Contentful Personalization
• Integrate with CDPs, CRMs, analytics, and identity platforms
• Lead technical discovery and enable customer teams through workshops and code reviews
