Description

You will lead the structuring process for securitizations, loan sales, and new products at SoFi, building Intex and cashflow models while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to establish efficient capital markets transactions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in capital markets and ABS execution.
• BS/BA in business, finance, accounting, economics or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of Intex Dealmaker and Bloomberg.
• Clear understanding of Rating Agency criteria and transactional structures.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage structuring process for securitizations, loan sales, and new products including Intex file setup and cashflow models.
• Analyze economic impact of different funding avenues (ABS, whole loan sales, warehouse, bulk sales).
• Validate and use third-party valuation agent credit assumptions for fair market value analyses.
• Monitor dashboards and spreadsheets tracking securitization performance.
• Review and negotiate transactional terms with internal and external counsel.
