Description

You will conduct in-person consultations with patients, guide them through the cosmetic surgery process, and help them choose procedures that align with their goals. You'll build a strong patient pipeline, coordinate with the surgical team, and ensure a seamless patient experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years proven sales success in high-energy environment
• Experience in one-on-one consultative selling, preferably in aesthetics
• Ability to build rapport and create urgency
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to understand goals and guide toward treatment plan
• Educate patients on procedures, process, and financing options
• Coordinate follow-up with clinical team and patients
• Build and manage patient pipeline with proactive follow-up
• Serve as center leader to ensure exceptional patient experience
