Description
You will develop and implement global influencer and creator marketing strategies for 2K's core game portfolio, including top franchises like Borderlands and Civilization. Working cross-functionally, you will manage end-to-end campaigns, foster creator relationships, and drive measurable impact across marketing goals.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital marketing (gaming industry experience highly preferred).
- Proven track record of managing mid-to-large scale influencer campaigns from ideation to reporting.
- Strong technical understanding of Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X, including tools like CreatorIQ, LevelUp, StreamHatchet, or similar.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to navigate complex conversations with creators and developer stakeholders.
- Comfortable using data to track campaign ROI and creator sentiment.
- Power user of spreadsheets and project management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple game titles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to grow.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer and creator marketing strategies that align with GTM priorities.
- Partner cross-functionally (Brand, GTM, Social, Product, Insights) to ensure creator tactics support full-funnel marketing goals.
- Serve as primary internal subject matter authority for influencer and creator marketing, providing guidance to local market teams worldwide.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of creator and influencer campaigns, from outreach to activation and post-launch support.
- Execute creator events and bespoke activations to foster authentic content creation and community engagement.
- Build and present executive-level decks connecting creator initiatives to brand, community, and revenue impact.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, providing optimization recommendations based on KPI analysis.
- Develop and manage multi-layered creator programs, championing initiatives internally and with external vendors.
