You'll own the outbound sales motion across MSP and Accounting segments at a fast-growing fintech startup. You'll design BDR playbooks, build accountability, and drive efficiency to shape the future of service business finance. This role offers the chance to build foundational processes and shape platform growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Improve outbound efficiency across MSP and Accounting segments
- Design BDR outbound playbooks for each segment
- Build rigor and accountability across the BDR team
- Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Events on outbound strategy
๐ Requirements
- 5โ10 years in B2B SaaS or fintech sales
- Experience building outbound playbooks (signal-based targeting, cold sequences)
- Track record improving BDR performance through process and accountability
- Worked at a company in the $3Mโ$20M ARR range
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with MSP / Accounting ecosystem
- Experience building outbound motions across multiple verticals
- Comfort with outbound tooling beyond Apollo (intent data, enrichment)
