Description
You will set the stage for future growth as Okta aims to double revenue. Reporting to the global VP of Field Strategy Operations, you will work with AMER sales leadership to develop and execute regional sales strategies, streamline operations, and ensure effective collaboration. This role focuses on driving measurable results through efficiency, data-driven insights, and successful execution of sales initiatives across AMER.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in sales operations, strategy, or related functions with significant AMER market exposure across all segments
- Proven track record in driving regional sales growth in technology or SaaS industry
- Strong expertise in sales processes, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and sales performance analytics
- Proficiency in data analytics and ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence senior leadership
Responsibilities
- Partner with AMER sales leadership to develop and refine sales strategy, ensuring alignment with global goals
- Conduct in-depth analysis of AMER region to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning
- Own annual planning process for AMER sales teams including organizational structure, headcount planning, territories, and quotas
- Operationalize all AMER Sales Cadences including QBRs, Forecasting, Pipeline Generation Reviews, and Large Deal Reviews
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day sales operations, standardize processes, and ensure alignment with global methodologies
