Description

As a Corporate Accountant on the Accounting Operations team, you will be a key preparer in the monthly and quarterly close cycle, working cross-functionally to solve complex problems and build scalable processes. Requirements

• Active CPA license required
• 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in startup or high-growth environments
• 2+ years in a public company with Big 4 Audit background
• Experience operating across multiple accounting functions
• Experience working in or building SOX-compliant control environments

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary preparer for month-end and quarter-end close activities across corporate accounting areas
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and flux analysis for leases, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, and payroll
• Prepare technical accounting memos in accordance with US GAAP and ensure audit-ready support
• Support internal controls framework and SOX compliance
• Build scalable workflows leveraging Claude and other tools to reduce manual effort
