You'll join a new team at 1Password building access management for AI agents, ensuring secure credential exchange. You'll shape greenfield projects in a rapidly evolving field. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Code, test, debug, and maintain production software systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth releases
• Participate in planning by breaking down and estimating work
• Review code to maintain quality and share knowledge

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development
• Experience with a modern backend language like Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python
• Proven experience in software development best practices and coding standards
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners

✨ Nice to Have

• Strong understanding of authentication and identity concepts (OAuth, OIDC)
• Familiarity with MCP servers
• Experience with Kotlin, Swift, Rust, JavaScript, or Go
