💼 About This Role

You'll assist the 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) with foreign language instruction in Farsi, covering listening, reading, writing, speaking, and regional/cultural topics. You'll integrate technology like Smart Boards and Blackboard into lessons and develop learning materials. This role supports a Veteran-Owned Business dedicated to national defense.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide instruction in listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Integrate technology into classroom and homework assignments
• Develop daily lesson plans and annotate student progress
• Collaborate with site lead and analysts to address curriculum gaps

📋 Requirements

• ILR level 2 or higher in Farsi as measured by DoD test
• Score of 553+ on TOEFL PBT or 83+ iBT (minimum 20 each section)
• Score of 82+ on English Comprehension Level (ECL) test
• Minimum of 80 hours documented training in online language teaching

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Smart Boards, Blackboard, Rapid Rote, or SharePoint
• Prior experience in military or government LREC programs
