Description

You will develop the FP&A function at Maddox PRO, partnering with operational managers across construction, restaurant, real estate, and events business units. You'll own annual planning, monthly forecasting, project spend reporting, and cash flow forecasts while collaborating with the systems team to build automated SQL-based BI reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis
• Highly organized with attention to detail and proactive time management
• Proficiency with Google or Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience with Xero, Metabase, BigQuery is a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with business operational managers to deliver accurate financial results and analysis
• Architect annual planning and monthly forecasting processes
• Compile project spend forecasts and reports for construction project managers
• Produce prime cost reports and establish performance targets for restaurant GMs
• Collaborate with systems team to develop automated SQL-based BI reports and dashboards
