💼 About This Role

You'll lead the evolution of Tipalti's KYC/KYB onboarding from a defensive function into a strategic engine for global growth. Your mission is to build a best-in-class KYC process that balances rigorous compliance with a frictionless customer experience. You'll drive AI automation and RegTech implementation to reduce time-to-green for enterprise clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the vision and roadmap for Tipalti’s KYC/KYB future.
• Drive absolute consistency across global KYC analyst team.
• Champion customer-centric compliance to reduce friction.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of advanced RegTech tools.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in Compliance or FinCrime with large-scale technical solution deployment.
• Proven track record of designing customer-first compliance processes.
• Deep knowledge of international AML/KYC standards (US, UK, EU).
• Demonstrated experience implementing automation tools for customer experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• CAMS or CFE certification.
• Experience with RegTech tools like Trulioo, Alloy, etc.
