You will be responsible for preparing payment runs, managing invoice approvals, handling month-end close activities, and ensuring compliance with local VAT and reporting requirements. This role supports the Finance team in a hybrid work environment in Barcelona.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in Oracle Fusion ERP
• 4+ years experience in accounts payable roles
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Experience in multicultural and multinational work environments
• English proficiency level

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and exceptional payment runs
• Accruals proposal and month-end close activities
• Invoice approval management
• Follow up and resolution on AP aged items
• Prepayments/VAT/Fixed Assets monitoring
