You'll deliver hands-on IT support for employees in our San Francisco office, ensuring a seamless technology experience from onboarding through daily operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on IT support to employees in the San Francisco office.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and equipment setup.
• Troubleshoot applications, laptops, access, peripherals, and networking issues.
• Assist with meeting room tech and corporate events for smooth A/V experiences.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of IT support experience in a startup or tech environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with macOS, Windows, and mobile devices.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with scripting or automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with MDM tools like Jamf, Kandji, or Intune.
