You'll support day-to-day account management for EMEA clients in an AI-powered media intelligence company, working with programmatic platforms like Semasio's Semantic Targeting Platform. You'll assist with campaign setup, optimization, and client communications, gaining hands-on exposure to ad tech and client servicing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day account management for EMEA clients
• Assist with campaign setup, delivery monitoring, and optimization
• Provide first-line support for client questions and technical issues
• Prepare regular reports and performance summaries for client check-ins

📋 Requirements

• 1-2+ years in account management or campaign operations in ad tech
• Basic understanding of programmatic advertising concepts
• Hands-on experience with campaign setup, monitoring, or reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client engagement
