You'll lead business development for cell and gene therapy services, driving revenue growth with biotech and pharma clients. You'll prospect and close new opportunities across the Eastern U.S. as part of a cutting-edge CDMO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and close new business opportunities in the CGT ecosystem.
• Develop and manage a territory plan for early-stage to commercial partnerships.
• Drive full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and close.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across R&D, CMC, and manufacturing.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, 2+ years in CGT/CDMO space.
• Strong understanding of viral vectors, mRNA, or cell & gene therapy platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or PhD in a scientific field.
• Prior hands-on lab experience.
• Located in the Northeast region.
