You'll act as the first point of contact for merchants, resolving inquiries via live chat, email, and phone. Your impact is immediate: you help make customers proud by providing outstanding, proactive service. You'll be the voice of the customer, driving real changes within the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Resolve customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Advise customers on Mollie products to boost their revenue.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Listen to feedback to align support with customer needs.

📋 Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and processes.
  • Fast learner who can solve complex problems rapidly.
  • Clear communicator who can clarify complex topics.
