• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing complex calendars.
• Maintain ATS accuracy through daily checks on candidate stages and data.
• Follow up with interviewers to ensure timely feedback submission.
• Draft offer letters and coordinate pre-hire documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of coordination or recruitment operations experience.
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
