Description

In this role, you will own HR operations for Czech Republic and Germany, manage payroll inputs, and drive automation within the People Operations function using AI. You'll ensure a smooth employee lifecycle and collaborate across teams to improve processes.

• Experience with regional HR operations

Responsibilities

• Own HR administration for CZ and DE regions (contracts, amendments, promotions, parental leaves, etc.)
• Drive smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage payroll inputs and outputs with providers (Accace, Deel)
• Be first point of contact for employees and managers in assigned regions
• Maintain BambooHR and identify automation opportunities
