You'll provide 1:1 outpatient therapy in patients' homes, leveraging Luna's tech-enabled platform to minimize admin work. You'll enjoy flexible scheduling and autonomy over your visits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes
• Document patient visits via phone call using auto-charting
• Manage own schedule and patient load
• Utilize Luna app for exercise prescription and monitoring

📋 Requirements

• Active state-specific PT license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Current liability insurance
• Current CPR/BLS certification
