Description

You will own the systems, data models, and operational workflows for SoFi's Home Loans business, modernizing the mortgage lifecycle to improve scalability, efficiency, and compliance. Drive automation, data quality, and cycle time reduction across vendor and internal systems, partnering with engineering, operations, risk, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, lending, or platform/data roles
• Proven track record of owning complex infrastructure, data, or operational systems
• Experience driving workflow optimization, automation, or operational improvements at scale
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Home Loans infrastructure and data systems
• Lead initiatives to reduce cycle time and improve operational efficiency and cost per funded loan
• Drive automation of manual processes, including vendor integrations and system enhancements
• Improve data validation, accuracy, and consistency across systems
• Partner with engineering to modernize core systems and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
