Description

You will drive transformation across Kaseya's financial systems globally, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering to gather requirements, prioritize backlog, and manage integrations. This role involves owning the Order to Cash process and leading initiatives to improve operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as ERP Functional with hands-on Oracle ERP experience
• 2+ years of Product Analyst or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Oracle ERP experience or equivalent ERP experience
• Deep knowledge of enterprise integration with at least one complex E2E ERP implementation
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong execution and accountability

Responsibilities

• Manage and innovate Order to Cash business process and back-office systems (Oracle ERP, GetPaid, GR4VY)
• Gather and document requirements from cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, GTM, and Accounting
• Break down business requirements into technical user stories with engineering team
• Prioritize backlog to align with corporate strategy
• Assist with billing migrations and integrations from M&A activities
