You'll lead global demand sales as the primary architect of revenue growth strategy, overseeing teams across US, Canada, and UK. You'll own P&L, drive expansion into new markets, and partner with product and engineering to align ad-tech with market needs. This role offers the opportunity to scale an innovative ad platform into international territories.

  • Own global demand revenue target and forecasting
  • Manage and mentor Directors, Senior Directors, Executive Directors
  • Define and execute sales playbook for Ads business
  • Identify and penetrate new international markets
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams on ad-tech stack

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 15+ years directly relevant industry experience in US
  • 6+ years in formal management capacity, managing managers
  • Strategic role in a growth-minded Ads business with US operations
  • Deep expertise in CTV, video, and emerging ad formats with DSPs like The Trade Desk, Google DV360, Yahoo DSP
