You'll own and grow a $5Mโ€“$10M+ portfolio of customers at a SaaS company in rebuild phase, driving expansion, retention, and customer outcomes. This high-ownership role goes beyond relationship management to directly impact Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and shape the future of the customer organization.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your book of business
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and progress to close
  • Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline (3โ€“4x coverage)
  • Manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk
  • Lead commercial conversations on pricing, renewals, and contracts

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
  • Proven track record of closing expansion opportunities independently
  • Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
  • Previous experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or last-mile/logistics technology
