💼 About This Role
You'll act as the first point of contact for Farfetch's customers, resolving queries across email, phone, and chat. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced luxury fashion environment. You'll gain hands-on experience while contributing to a dynamic team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Resolve customer queries via email, phone, and chat.
- Provide product and service information and advisory.
- Manage demanding customers with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
- Take ownership of case resolution within company guidelines.
📋 Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent English and Italian proficiency (written and spoken).
- Good IT skills including customer service tools and Windows packages.

- Fashion or e-commerce experience.
- Passion and knowledge of sports/sportswear.
- Multitasking ability with attention to detail.
