🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, and CRM channels.
• Build and scale user-generated content (UGC) campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Manage paid acquisition campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Google, and Apple Search Ads.
• Coordinate app store updates, feature launches, and community activations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
• Multi-channel growth campaign experience for consumer-facing products or mobile apps.
• Paid media experience with TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Apple Search Ads.
• Growth metrics understanding including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in gaming, social platforms, or creator economy businesses.
• Familiarity with Discord communities and viral content ecosystems.
• Experience with ASO and mobile app growth strategies.
