🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily rounding in skilled nursing facilities
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Address acute and emergent issues
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. license and board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN for NPs; NCCPA for PAs)
• Qualified specialties: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, PM&R, or Geriatric Medicine

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in post-acute or long-term care
• Familiarity with EHR documentation and voice dictation
