Description
You will work directly with developers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Contentful's platform. By providing ticket-based support, you ensure customers can successfully build and scale their digital experiences using cutting-edge technologies.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Support or customer-facing roles with tools like ticketing systems
- Experience working with APIs and API-based SaaS integrations
- Software development or troubleshooting experience in JavaScript, Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, Python, Objective-C, or Swift
- Understanding of web and mobile app architecture
- Proficiency with UNIX-like command-line tools
Responsibilities
- Identify and research Contentful-related issues experienced by users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues via ticket-based assistance
- Escalate issues to Engineering team when necessary
- Create new internal processes to improve support
- Practice empathy and anticipate customer needs
