You will work directly with developers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Contentful's platform. By providing ticket-based support, you ensure customers can successfully build and scale their digital experiences using cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Support or customer-facing roles with tools like ticketing systems
  • Experience working with APIs and API-based SaaS integrations
  • Software development or troubleshooting experience in JavaScript, Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, Python, Objective-C, or Swift
  • Understanding of web and mobile app architecture
  • Proficiency with UNIX-like command-line tools

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research Contentful-related issues experienced by users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues via ticket-based assistance
  • Escalate issues to Engineering team when necessary
  • Create new internal processes to improve support
  • Practice empathy and anticipate customer needs
