Description
You will manage and grow partnerships with top fitness and wellness partners in France, driving upsells, retention, and local engagement through field visits and outbound outreach. Your role is to understand partner needs, pitch solutions, and strengthen ClassPass's presence in the region.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in account management, customer success, or post-sales roles
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding performance targets (upsell, retention, engagement)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of or connections within local fitness, wellness industry
- Based in Paris region with willingness to travel 30-50% of the time
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with top partners to understand business needs and drive upsells
- Conduct regular outbound outreach to accounts to identify pain points and sell solutions
- Engage field sales tactics (travel, in-person meetings) and inside sales touchpoints
- Achieve monthly quota targets related to upsell and retention
- Maintain local presence through studio visits, events, and networking
