💼 About This Role

You'll track, analyze, and report on advanced threats targeting cloud environments. You'll identify malicious campaigns targeting customers by hunting through diverse data sources. Communicate novel findings to multiple audiences including customers and the public.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and track advanced state-backed or financially motivated attackers targeting cloud ecosystems.
• Hunt through data sources to detect malicious campaigns targeting customers.
• Investigate and attribute incidents, campaigns, and threat actors.
• Communicate findings to customers and the public.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security or threat research focusing on state-backed or financially motivated campaigns.
• Proven track record of tracking sophisticated threat actors.
• Deep expertise in at least one actor tracking mechanism (malware, infrastructure, etc).
• Experience with large-scale telemetry and infrastructure hunting using query languages and scripting.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of attacker tactics targeting major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes.
• Experience building tools for repeatable, scalable data exploitation.
• Background in incident response, threat intelligence, or threat hunting.
