Description

You will lead and modernize GumGum's global talent acquisition function, balancing hands-on recruiting for strategic roles with building strategy, metrics, and team capability. This player-coach role reports to the Chief People Officer and requires driving a commercially aligned, data-driven TA operation across multiple countries.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
• Proven experience leading or rebuilding a TA function at Senior Manager/Director level
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute TA strategy
• Experience partnering with Sales leadership on role definition and closing strategy
• Ability to balance hands-on recruiting with strategic leadership

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve global TA strategy aligned to business priorities
• Build dashboards and reporting to drive data-informed decisions
• Personally lead high-impact searches, especially for GTM and Sales roles
• Lead and develop a lean global TA team through coaching and performance expectations
• Evaluate and modernize recruiting workflows, systems, and automation
