💼 About This Role

You'll join Cloudforce's security team to handle day-to-day security tasks, reporting to the Security Engineer. You'll take ownership of monitoring alerts, investigating suspicious activity, and running incident response to completion. You'll also work with the IT team on endpoint management, MDM, and conditional access, with room to grow as the team expands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor security systems for threats and suspicious activity.
• Investigate security incidents and document findings.
• Assist with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Manage endpoint management and MDM platforms.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT, help desk, or security.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and identity basics.
• Familiarity with security concepts like phishing, malware, and incident handling.
• Familiarity with log analysis and ability to follow documented procedures.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to SIEM platforms.
• Experience with endpoint management or MDM.
• Certifications like CompTIA Security+ or SC-900.
