🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute OCM activities for M365 transformation programs
• Develop communication and training strategies for M365 tools
• Design change management plans aligned with enterprise goals
• Build and manage champion networks across business units
• Measure adoption success via analytics and user feedback

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in organizational change management or digital adoption
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot)
• Experience designing change strategies in enterprise or public sector
• Stakeholder analysis and post-implementation assessment experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Copilot deployments, Power Platform, GCC High
• Prosci or Microsoft Adoption Specialist certification
