💼 About This Role

You'll lead the post-onboarding customer journey and build a world-class Customer Success function from scratch. You'll own strategy across success, support, renewals, and account growth, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering. This Series A fintech startup offers the chance to scale a high-impact team at a company backed by top VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead the entire post-implementation customer lifecycle
  • Hire, manage, and mentor a growing CS and support team
  • Proactively drive product adoption and account expansion
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales on customer insights

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success with high-touch accounts
  • Proven ability to build and scale post-sales functions
  • Experience managing net retention, CSAT, and support SLAs
  • Background in fintech or working with financial institutions

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ERPs like QuickBooks or NetSuite
  • Experience with office of the CFO
  • Hands-on, scrappy startup builder mentality
