You'll serve as a vital clinical resource for cancer patients, providing symptom management and care coordination via phone and email. You'll conduct clinical assessments and facilitate end-of-life discussions, ensuring empathetic support throughout the cancer journey.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for oncology members
• Manage symptom triage and care coordination via phone/email
• Facilitate end-of-life care discussions with patients and families
• Participate in case conferences to update care plans

📋 Requirements

• Active RN license with compact privileges
• 5+ years of nursing experience
• 3+ years in solid tumor oncology nursing
• Oncology certification (OCN, AOCN, or CCM) within 2 years of hire
