💼 About This Role

You'll lead cross-functional security programs at Figma, partnering with Business and Technology teams to manage risk and secure the organization. You'll ensure alignment across teams, deliver on commitments, and clear roadblocks. Beyond execution, you'll shape how teams work together by championing security practices and solving tough problems with scalable, repeatable practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end program execution for security, compliance, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Lead highly cross-functional programs with strong project management skills.
• Drive project alignment by handling dependencies and guiding technical discussions.
• Champion effective ways of working and continuously improve collaboration.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a cloud or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of information security principles and controls.
• Ability to dive into technical details and drive alignment.
• Experience communicating security risks to technical and non-technical audiences.

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP or Scrum certifications.
• Experience with identity and access management and security frameworks like ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with AI/ML risk considerations or AI risk frameworks.
