• Proactively identify valuable areas of investigation for members, writers, and business.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop hypotheses and generate actionable insights.
• Build and maintain statistical and predictive models about Medium's business.
• Develop quantitative models supporting forecasting and strategic planning.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of in-house data science experience driving business impact.
• Highly proficient in Python or R for statistical programming.
• Track record of building, validating, and deploying predictive models.
• Strong collaboration with cross-team and executive-level partners.
