You'll operate and maintain boilers, chillers, and HVAC at L.A. LIVE. Your work ensures a safe and comfortable environment for 200+ annual events. This union role offers stable hours and pension benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair boilers, compressors, and refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, piping, and plumbing systems.
• Repair toilets, lights, and fixtures.
• Assist with event setup.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Physically capable of standing up to 6 hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous engineering experience with active certifications.
