Requirements

• Proven expertise in data science with strong statistical analysis and machine learning background
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or other relevant languages
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• PhD or master's degree in quantitative field (math, stats, engineering, natural sciences)
• 6-10 years experience developing and deploying predictive models

Responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify product growth opportunities and drive metric improvements
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments and causal inference analysis
• Define and maintain key product performance metrics; build scalable dashboards
• Build data visualizations and narratives to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Lead large-scale analytics projects to uncover user insights and inform product strategy
