Description

You'll own end-to-end recruitment across Latin America for Cloudbeds, balancing high-volume hiring with strategic sourcing for Customer Success, Onboarding, and GTM roles. You'll partner with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and serve as a brand ambassador while supporting global hiring.

Requirements

• 3+ years full-cycle recruiting in high-growth SaaS/tech
• Business-level English, fluent
• Proven experience hiring across LATAM markets
• Experience hiring for GTM, Sales, or Customer Success roles
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and data interpretation

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for Customer Success, Onboarding, and GTM roles across LATAM
• Balance high-volume hiring with proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and referral networks
• Partner with hiring managers to define strategies and deliver exceptional candidate experience
• Manage hiring through Greenhouse, maintaining data integrity and providing regular updates
• Build trusted relationships with leadership and improve hiring processes
