You'll provide technical expertise, collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver training, and create documentation to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software
• Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms
• Proficient in JavaScript and Python; experience with back-end integrations
• Strong ability to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively

Responsibilities

• Drive complex projects from PoC to implementation ensuring scalable enterprise solutions
• Provide cutting-edge technical solutions and shape architectural best practices
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business development and product strategies
• Deliver technical training and workshops to customers and partners
