Description

You will own the end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials product, from roadmap and backlog to hands-on configuration and delivery, partnering closely with Finance stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and insight-driven solutions. This role focuses on product outcomes, automation impact, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Finance ERP platforms and Oracle Fusion cloud implementation
• Deep knowledge of finance processes (Record-to-Report, Close, Billing, Revenue, etc.)
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials functional configuration and reporting (BIP/OTBI)
• Experience utilizing AI in transforming finance operations
• Strong SOX, audit, and regulated-environment experience

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, etc.)
• Perform hands-on functional configuration and system changes within Oracle Fusion Financials
• Lead end-to-end delivery including testing, training, documentation, and production stability
• Design and implement AI and intelligent automation across finance processes
• Collaborate on integrations with adjacent finance applications and define dashboards and KPIs
