Requirements

• 5+ years in client-facing RCM/billing role
• Thorough understanding of sleep medicine billing and payer policies
• Strong denial management and process improvement skills
• eClinicalWorks experience, proficiency in eCW EBO reports
• Strong analytical skills with Excel

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact, addressing inquiries and building relationships
• Conduct regular client meetings to review RCM performance
• Monitor KPIs and implement solutions to optimize revenue collection
• Collaborate with billing, coding, and collections teams
• Resolve client issues and drive process improvements
