Description

You'll help close the gender health gap by guiding women through perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions with compassionate, evidence-based care. This is a fully remote role from Washington state, with patient-facing hours between 7 AM and 7 PM.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Washington state (residency in WA required)
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years of recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with technology (telehealth platforms, EMRs, communication tools)

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, evidence-based care for women during perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions
• Conduct virtual visits, educate patients, and develop treatment plans using clinical protocols
• Coordinate labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals as needed
• Document patient encounters in EMR and telehealth platforms
• Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical leaders to ensure comprehensive care
