🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of analysts for payments pricing and operations
• Lead prospect and customer negotiations with Sales and Customer Success
• Deliver best-in-class payments experience through communication and SLA accountability
• Improve processes for efficiency and accuracy across payments operations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 6+ years in Payments industry
• Exceptional communication skills for pricing negotiations via email and Zoom
• Deep financial and analytical capabilities
• Experience directly managing a team including performance reviews and hiring
