You'll lead a skunkworks division to turn raw ideas into full-stack prototypes, working with a cross-geography software team and hardware team. You'll design and run community-facing safety trials using solar-powered AI cameras. This role directly impacts reducing traffic fatalities, backed by Bain Capital Ventures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take 'back of the napkin' ideas and map out sprints to test technical feasibility.
• Lead the 'Trials' initiative to develop tools for measuring safety risks in communities.
• Lead a cross-geography software team to build backend and computer vision for experiments.
• Build physical rigs for real-world data collection with mechanical engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Product, Engineering, or Creative Technologist roles
• 2+ years managing engineers
• Proven track record taking physical-digital products from concept to pilot
• Experience with IoT, Robotics, or Computer Vision applications
